Post-Apocalyptathon

Mayhem. Melee. Dust. Decay.

Every year myself and a few friends host a 24-hour, midnight-to-midnight movie marathon, composed entirely of a specific theme, usually an obscure sub-genre of film. Last year it was Barbarathon (consisting of Conan and its subsequent cheap knockoffs). The events tend to be a test of one's mettle

This year, however was Post-Apocalyptathon. The Road Warrior being one of my favorite films, I decided that simply sending word out about the event and hosting it was enough. It needed a trailer. A good one. And a logo.

So I went to work scrubbing through hours of footage, pulling the ripe bits to use in a trailer. I wanted a trailer to show the raw energy and violence akin to the genre, without being overly grotesque or dark.
